Policy / deliberate repair

Terms

Effective August 27, 2026

Using the software

The open-source CLI is provided under the MIT License. You are responsible for using an appropriately restricted database role, protecting database URLs and exported metadata, checking a report against your migration history, and approving any repair independently.

Free and Pro features

Free features include live catalog capture, deterministic redaction, drift classification, ownership guidance, Markdown reports, and JSON output. A $49 one-time Pro purchase unlocks configurable CI risk gates for one team. Accessibility, core export, classification, and safety boundaries are not paid features.

Purchase and license

Sociobot / Dodo is the merchant of record. Checkout, receipts, taxes, and eligible refunds are handled there. A refund automatically revokes its license. A license token may be moved to another device through the restore field, but it may not be resold or publicly distributed.

No repair instructions

The product intentionally does not generate or execute destructive SQL. Risk classifications are heuristics based on catalog metadata and may not capture runtime application behavior, row contents, permissions, triggers, stored procedures, or every dialect extension.

Availability and warranty

The software and site are provided “as is,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, as further stated in the MIT License. Local free workflows remain usable if the hosted site or license service is unavailable.

Changes

Material changes will update the effective date on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms; existing open-source rights remain governed by the license version you received.
